From Philadelphia and all points North: Take I-95 South into Delaware and take exit 7A marked Route 52 (Delaware Ave). Proceed through the light onto 11th Street. Turn right onto King Street. Proceed down King Street to 707 North King. The hotel is on the right between 7th and 8th Streets. From Baltimore and all points South, take I-95 North into Delaware. Take exit 7 marked Route 52 (Delaware Ave). Stay in the right lane. At the top of the ramp make an immediate right turn onto 11th Street. Turn right onto King St. Proceed as above.
