Guarantee Policy
All reservations require a deposit for the full stay plus tax at time of booking to an accepted credit card. Exceptions may apply during holidays, special events or conventions.
Cancellation Policy
All cancelled reservations refunded the deposit minus a 25USD penalty fee. However, reservations cancelled within 21 days prior to arrival charged a fee equal to the full stay plus tax. All no-shows will be charged the full stay plus tax as a penalty.
