Directions

Start out going south on Airport Highway/US-129 S/Alcoa Highway. Continue to follow US-129 S/Alcoa Highway. Merge onto the left - toward US-411 N/Maryville/US-321 N/Townsend/Smokey Mountains. Turn left onto US-411. Continue to follow US-411. Turn right onto US-411 N. Turn left onto Hattie Branch Road. Hattie Branch Road becomes Flat Creek Road at stop sign. Go straight through stop sign onto Flat Creek Road and follow for approximately 3 miles. Turn left onto Windfall Estates Drive. The office is immediately on the right. End at 2788 Windfall Estates Drive, Sevierville, TN.

Guarantee Policy

Half of reservation is due at time of booking unless booking within the week of arrival and then balance must be paid in full. If not booking within the week of arrival tehn any balances due on a reservation will be charged two days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Through the Internet site where your reservation was made, cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival by 4pm local hotel time to avoid a 50 percent of stay cancellation and/or no show charge.
