The Foundry Grill serves western cooking from a wood burning oven and rotisserie while the Sundance Deli offers delectable items in the setting of an old country store. The Owl Bar features items from the Foundry Grill in the original 1890s rosewood bar favored by Butch Cassidy's Hole-in-the Wall Gang.

Directions

From the Salt Lake City International Airport/ go East in I-80; transfer to I-215 South. Transfer to I-15 South continuing south to Orem/ Exit 272 which is 800 North/ Orem. Stay in left lane/ turn left off of exit ramp. Go 4 miles on 800 North until the road ends and you must go right or left. GO LEFT which puts you onto Highway 189/ aka Provo Canyon. Continue 7 miles up and the Sundance turn off will be on your left.

Guarantee Policy
