Marina 2 bedroom Villa
Our 1,650 sq. ft. Marina Villas are single floor condominium units which feature 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a king bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom. These units have a full kitchen and separate living and dining areas. Additionally, the living area has a queen sofa bed. Marina Villas are the perfect fit for guests who wish to enjoy large screened in porches, close proximity to our marina, spacious living accommodations and a washer and dryer. Six person maximum occupancy. Offers views of the inter-coastal waterways.
Conch Islandview 2bdrm Villa
Our 950 sq. ft. Conch Villas are two-story townhouse units which feature 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, with a queen bed in the master bedroom and either one queen bed or two twin beds in the second bedroom. Downstairs, these units have a full kitchen and separate living and dining areas. Additionally, the living area has a queen sofa bed. For the family that needs a little extra room, our 1,320 sq. ft. 2-Bedroom Cottage Villas are two-story townhouse units which feature 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, with a king bed in the master bedroom and two double beds in the second bedroom. Downstairs, these units have a full kitchen and separate living and dining areas. Additionally, Cottage Villas include a den on the first floor with a queen sofa bed. Guarantee Policy

For all reservations including dates between 12-25-06 and 1-2-07 - 50percent deposit is due at the time of booking with the balance due by October 1 2006.

Cancellation Policy

The reservation may be canceled prior to 10-1-06 for a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee. After 10-1-06 a non-refundable deposit equal to the full value of the stay will be charged.
