Parlor Suite
On the lower level of the Cross Rip- Parlor Suites are made up of a living room/kitchenette and separate bedroom. The living room is the size of a superior room and includes a double sleeper couch- 25* TV- kitchenette with counter-high table and stools- full size oven and refrigerator. The bedroom is smaller with one twin and one double bed. The full bath is off the bedroom. Full ocean views are seen from the living room. Ideally suited for one family.

This second floor suite is a two floor- two room unit. A semi-private loft bedroom is situated above the main room connected by an open spiral staircase. There are ocean views from the skylights on the second floor and sliding glass door on the first floor. The full ocean view is over the pool and down the coastline - quite a view! Ideally suited for one family.
